Online Training
Online Training is the perfect way to train with me if you're outside of Long Beach or need more flexibility with your training schedule. You have the option to choose the home or gym version. If you choose the gym version, please be sure you have access to a FULL gym, and you choose the home version please be sure to have resistance bands on hand.
Your program will have the amount of days that YOU commit to once you complete your questionnaire that will be emailed to you within 24 hrs of your purchase.
THIS IS NOT A SUBSCRIPTION. You must resign-up for the following month if you wish to continue.
